Established in 2003, A E Solutions (BI) Ltd is a dynamic company specialising in all aspects of data analysis, modelling, automation and physiological monitoring, operating throughout the UK having firm roots in the Policing and Security arena. We can offer a completely confidential service if required as members of our staff are security cleared to a variety of levels. All of our work is configured to meet industry standards and we ensure complete satisfaction before completion of any contract.
Our project management services are related to the implementation of enterprise computer systems to include system testing, change management and training.
All of our staff are highly enthusiastic, motivated individuals who relish challenges, having communication skills that can interact with personnel throughout the organisational structure.

Meet our team
Dr Rick Adderley is a retired Police Inspector. He has a 1st Class Honours degree in Computer Science, obtained his PhD in Computer Science incorporating Environmental Criminology and founded the company in 2003. Rick specialises in the provision of business intelligence and operational research.
Sandra Adderley is an experienced administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day office management and financial controlling.
Michelle Smith attained a BSc (Hons) in Business and Psychology. She has PRINCE2 Practitioner qualifications and is one of the project managers. Michelle also specialises in the company's marketing.
Steve White is a retired Police Sergeant who specialises in technical hardware and programming. He as expertise in the provision of operational intelligence and performance information.
Patrick Seidler attained a BSc in Computer Science, a MSE in Software Engineering, and is currently working on his PhD on Multi-Agent Simulations. He has expertise in the area of E-Government and specialises in the provision of operational intelligence.
Aneta Seidler attained a Master degree in International Relations, majoring in International Management. She is the company's administrator and assists in the company's research tasks.
Chris Kirk is a retired Police Sergeant with many years experience of working with Police IT systems. Additionally he has expertise within the fields of Force Testing and Planning. He is involved in the company's research and assists in the liaison with Police forces.
